Sunshine on Me...

Of whatever little wandering I have done, there is a very intriguing fact I have observed. There exists one point during the course of every journey where you are not eager about the destination any more nor you are disturbed for the things left behind when the journey started. Your mind stops wandering and there you are in the journey, living that very moment. It could happen when you cross that mile stone while riding your bike on a highway or while taking a deep breath as you trek up a mountain or may be when you are holding yourself still while releasing the shutter of a camera. This was one such moment, the sun shinned on me as I left behind my shadow…

Shadows...

We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think.
When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.

The Mumbo Jumbo

So magnificent, so majestic, so colossal, they say splendor of an elephant is one of its kind that one can sit and take pleasure in observing it whole day.

This one above from a recent trip to Guruvayoor is my favourite. How he responded to the presence of the Mahout, how he was reciprocating by making different voice to what the mahout was saying was really amazing to watch. It was his bathing time. With such big tusk, patches on his trunk and ears and a broad forehead and matching height this guy was really a hunk. Some where, some how he resembled the legendary Guruvayoor Kesavan (Read more about Guruvayoor Kesavan : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guruvayur_Keshavan). Hopefully I will see him around next time also.

What is your ID?

Every time you look into your eyes in a mirror, what do you see..?
Every heart beat, every breath mumbles something to you,

Above that fancy designation and flamboyant paycheck, what do you see in yourself..?
Beyond the worth of your signature and the authority it commands, there is something more to you,

Are you yet to find yourself? What your is Identity?

Temple Steps

Not to call me an atheist but the concept of God has always surprised me. How every individual connects with or perceives him is amazing and unique many times. And here I was sitting outside on the lonely steps leading to a still lake and a beautiful temple across it. The occasional wind was creating waves across the lake which reflected the beauty of setting sun light. I could see a group of people rushing towards the temple, they looked more of tourist and less of pilgrims. And here I was sitting introspecting about the concept of God. In that grace of sun, ease of wind, calmness of that lake I just closed my eyes.

I felt wasn't that him out there? Wasn't he there? Probably that explains why I was sitting outside the temple...

Life is a road !

And life is the road
And I wanna keep going
Love is a river and
I wanna keep flowing
Life is a road now and forever a
Wonderful journey.
